10 Cleaning Tips for Summer Maintenance

Commercial properties see much more traffic and usage than residential properties. Numerous different people are coming and going, vendors are always stopping by, and equipment is running constantly. This all means that a lot of dirt, debris, and bacteria are being produced or brought into a commercial property. This can be hazardous to employees, vendors, and consumers in various ways if not properly cleaned and maintained. We know that it is challenging to keep your facilities clean because you have a business to run. • Check for Pests: Pests are a pain to get rid of. The best and most cost-effective thing to do is take preventative measures to stop infestations from occurring. However, they do not always completely prevent pests from getting in. Look for signs of pests and if you suspect that you have some, hire a pest control company to perform an inspection and take necessary remedial actions.

• Power wash the Exterior: Keeping your property damage-free and pest-free is always a priority for every property owner. An easy way to do this is by simply cleaning the exterior of the property. Power washing is an effective method of cleaning all types of exteriors such as vinyl siding, brick, and concrete. It can get rid of dirt, dust, debris, and insects by using only water.

• Clean the Windows: Windows get very dirty from the wind and weather. They commonly get caked in dirt, dust, and insect debris.
