WHO WE ARE
We founded Gulfside Cleaning Services (GCS) after recognizing a need for reliable and efficient commercial janitorial services within our own community.
Nineteen years later we are still providing quality and friendly cleaning services to our customers from Galveston to Houston.
We work around your schedule offering - daily, bi-weekly, monthly, or any arrangement of cleaning. We offer monthly billing and accept all major credit cards. Gulfside Cleaning Services are readily available 24/7 through phone call or email.
Estimates and proposals are always free and upon execution of contract, we offer our new customers $200 off any extra floor services, such as buffing and waxing or carpet cleaning!

Gulfside Cleaning Services has been responsible for maintaining 17 of our properties since 2005. The buildings include, retail, offices, apartments and restaurants. Gulfside provides routine dusting and cleaning but also maintains all types of our floors (wood, ceramic, marble, etc.). Due to the nature of our business we require cleaning 7 days a week and also last minute “make-ready’s.” They are always available for special requests and extra coverage for special events.
